LABEL X JR TR SEMI-AUTOMATIC BOTTLE LABELLER
The Label X JR TR is a compact, economic and reliable Semi-Automatic Applicator for self adhesive bottle labels. A small yet robust machine complete with a simple to operate integral control box, the Label X JR TR Bottle labelling machine is adjustable for cylindrical containers from 30mm diameter to 120mm diameter and can apply bottle labels up to 200mm x 350mm in size. Its microprocessor controlled, stepper motor driven labelling head ensures accuracy and reliability. Bottles are fed into the machine by hand and an operator pulls a lever which initiates the labelling cycle. Powered rollers rotate the bottle and the label is dispensed and applied at rotation speed, ensuring an accurate, wrinkle-free, smooth application. The waste backing paper is neatly wound onto a separate take up spool, and can be discarded at the end of the production run. The Label X JR TR Bottle Labelling machine can accomodate a full roll of bottle labels up to 300mm in diameter and the waste take up spool can accomodate the waste backing paper from a full roll of bottle labels. This outstanding labeller is frame mounted and ready to integrate into any existing workflow.
